Safety and Directions for sustainability

One of the biggest challenges I have found of recent times is trying to merge... or more re interpret and rejig the understanding and language of OHSE (occupational health safety and environment )into a meaningful expression of the safety ethos of change.How to bring the concept into developing practical applications for planning means integrating and merging or joining concepts in transversalist ways or making connections with ideas from different field and levels of actual and practice.It means differing things for the employee or worker compared to the company directors...though to thrive and grow a sustainable business needs both to see what this means and how it can be done for mutual benefit...it needs to be as popularly understood a management approach and plan/practice as the development of the change anagemnt approaches adapted and adopted by much of OHSE strategy.
