Workers,Employees ,Human resources

One of the problems increasingly being faced these days is the complete devaluing of the importance and recognition of workers and their rights/ value in contribution to a business and organisations profit and purpose for being.To be specific it is a particular type of devaluing that I am referring to.It is the attitude and process of perceiving of workers as mere chess pieces or units of production to be traded and sought and managed ...not unique and creative ,expressive individuals and known identities with personalities with value innate.
