Work choices Swept away...but will it be start of fairer dealings for workers overall?

There is a review of some aspects of the new industrial relations system"Fair Work Australia"but what is pointed out is that there still will be inequities in the system especially when it comes to dealing with construction workers and their unions.The ABCC(the Australian Building and Construction Commission)which has the power to fine workers $22000 for stopping work and jail for 6 months for refusing to answer questions about a workplace meeting.The Government has stated that the Commission will be defunct by 2010.
